The neighboring houses are upscale and not for rent, even do there are some in the area. Expensive tough.
The house is close to the famous Quinta Avenida but in a very quiet and secure community. The community has tennis courts available, Garbage collection every day, and security guards on mopeds and bicycles, The HOA office is modern and well-equipped. The community of Playacar fase 1, is in a closed loop and there is only one access to get in or out. The access to get in is two lanes, one for owners and another for suppliers and maintenance personnel and other guests and visitors. The gate lifts automatically for the owners, as they have attached to their windshields a radio control that sends a signal to the gate controller. The other lane has to stop at the security booth to enter their information and be granted access. Owners call the security booth to advise earlier that this or that crew or supplier will come to bring goods or services to their house and supply their names for the guards at the security booth to grant access.
